How to Shop

Our easy approach to choosing the right flowers and flower delivery is what we want to achieve with our website.

Selecting the right flowers and flower bunches should be as simple and enjoyable as possible.

To place a flower order, just follow the easy steps listed below:

1. Select one of our fine Flower Categories to see the various flowers. When deciding to buy, just click on the buy button next to the item. The item will then automatically be added to your shopping bag. You will then automatically be taken through to your shopping bag page where you can view the items you have selected and see the total price. You can then either return to our flower shop to add more goodies, or proceed to check out.

2. When you click on checkout, you will be taken through to a page requesting your login email address and password. Supply the Details to login to your account.

If it is the first time you shop with us, please read through the terms and conditions for shopping at Hearts and Roses and then click on register button to register.

3. Once your personal information has been received you will be asked to fill in your delivery details. Click on continue once this is completed. A calculation table will then display the total of your order. Once you are happy with the total you need to supply a method of payment. You have three options, either to pay by:

EFT (electronic Funds Transfer)

Credit Card

Phone Me

4. By clicking on continue after supplying Hearts and Roses with your Payment method your order will be complete and our Office will be notified of your new order.

5. Once Payment have been received your order will be prepared and delivered to the delivery address you specified. All goods will need to be signed for upon delivery.
